On November 12, 2025, the 2nd International Conference on Biological and Integrated Control (CILBIA2) was launched in Algeria, attended by local authorities and scientific delegations from both national and international institutions. The event began with official speeches emphasizing the importance of biological approaches for sustainable agricultural development, followed by scientific sessions presenting the latest research on plant protection—from growth-promoting bacteria and essential oils to biological disease control and biodiversity studies. The conference also featured practical workshops, scientific poster presentations, and discussion spaces for knowledge exchange, strengthening international research partnerships. The event concluded on November 14 with new scientific recommendations and recognition of participants, showcasing the integration of theoretical research and practical field applications and reinforcing CRSTRA Biskra’s central role in supporting innovation and protecting agricultural systems.
