On October 21, 2025, the Director of CRSTRA Biskra, Professor Kachbar Mohamed Saif Allah, participated in the visit of the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-Enterprises, Mr. Nour Eddine Wadhih, to Biskra Province. The visit included signing a cooperation agreement between NESDA, the Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture, and CRSTRA Biskra to provide a joint framework supporting applied scientific research linked to local development needs. The director also held a mini-session with the minister and the wali to discuss project holders’ concerns and provide scientific and practical solutions, enhancing the center’s role in sustainable development and investment in the knowledge economy in arid areas.
