On the sidelines of the National Winter Cereals Forum in Constantine on Monday, September 29, 2025, and under the supervision of the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Yacine Oualid, and the Wali of Constantine, Mr. Abdelkhalek Sayouda, a partnership agreement was signed between the Constantine Chamber of Agriculture and CRSTRA Biskra. The agreement aims to valorize research results, strengthen innovation, exchange expertise, and support agricultural entrepreneurship. This partnership serves as a model to be implemented across all agricultural chambers nationally to integrate scientific research with practical field needs.
