During a technical meeting chaired by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamel Baddari, on July 22, 2025, at the ministry, the Director of the Scientific and Technical Research Center for Arid Regions (CRSTRA), Professor Kachbar Mohamed Saif Allah, along with several research center directors, reviewed the progress of various projects and ways to valorize them, particularly in saffron and argan cultivation, two promising strategic sectors that can be transformed into engines to support local development.
