Adrar - representatives of the scientific and technical research center for arid regions of Biskra, while participating in the supervision of the information day on scientific research, technology, and food security held at the Ouled Aïssa experimental station (INRA), emphasized the necessity of optimal resource utilization, investments, and mastering modern technologies to increase agricultural productivity as a strategic choice for achieving food security.
