In a remarkable national scientific achievement, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, inaugurated on April 15, 2025, the first 100% Algerian animal feed production unit, developed from a patented innovation by researchers and engineers of the Scientific and Technical Research Center for Arid Regions in Biskra. This high-quality, nutritionally rich local product represents a significant step in transforming scientific research into a concrete product that supports the national economy and strengthens food security.
